Monday

It's Monday. A new week, a fresh start. I miss my kids. Ryan is skiing in Colorado with some friends, Ally and Shelby are in San Antonio visiting Mama and Papa, and Maddy is on a mission trip with her Church youth group. Jon and Joe are here, but its not the same. I miss them. It makes me wonder about "empty nest" and how I will be in a few years. Father, keep me focused on you and not me.
In other news, we are back at full speed. Our probation is over and our satellite ISP has reinstated our bandwidth. It reminds me that it wasn't that great to begin with :) but I am glad for it. PeoplePC has left our area, so many of our residences are without Internet now also. We pray for a simple life - is life without Internet simple? I think not. Sometimes simple is not very convenient.
